EMS COPENHAGEN - Heart Hack, Hack to save lives

EMS COPENHAGEN - Heart Hack, Hack to save lives

The EMS Heart Hack - Hack to save lives is a hackathon aiming to make Copenhagen and the whole of Europe, a better place by making the general audience more aware of the presence of automatic external defibrillators (AEDs). As well as educating citizens on how to use them.

To put this in place, the EMS Copenhagen invites enthusiastic developers, designers, marketers, city planners and medical experts to come to innovate for three days, on September 14-16, in Central Copenhagen (venue to be announced soon).

This year's hackathon aims to develop innovative concepts using relevant data and technologies in medical software development. Participants get to leverage the most recent and up-to-date AED devices, with cutting-edge tech to create digital solutions.

Attending the hackathon not only gives people a chance to help save lives, on top of that the participants will get to network with other fellow industry experts. The best hackers will be rewarded with cash (a prizepool of 10k€) and other prizes.

First place prize: 5.000€

Second place prize: 3.000€

Third place prize: 2.000€
